Tender Notice for Invitation to Bid
(Tender Enquiry No. NPSL/PROC/BMR-01-2012)
Purchase of Scientific Laboratory Equipment(s)
Sealed Tender(s)/Bid(s) are invited
from reputed qualified
Companies/Firms/Suppliers/Authorized Agents; those are registered
from Government of Islamic Republic of Pakistan & also having GST
and NTN, a proper Landline Telephone No., Permanent Office,
credibility of name & marketing operations, not involved in any
Corrupt/Fraudulent activity; for procurement of
Scientific/Laboratory Equipment related to Test/Calibration on FOR
and FOB/C&F Islamabad basis, under the “Up-gradation / Balancing,
Modernization and Refurbishment Project” of NPSL.
2.
Two separate envelops clearly mentioned Technical Bid & Financial
Bid shall be submitted by the interested firms/parties as per rule
36(b) of the Public Procurement Rules 2004 of PPRA. The bid shall
be enclosed in two envelops, one for “FOB/C&F” Islamabad basis and
second for “FOR” Islamabad basis; and shall also be clearly marked
on top of envelop, “FOR” or “FOB/C&F”. Each envelope should
contain technical offer and financial offer in sub envelops
separately. Each type of bid will be treated separately and
independently.

Tender Documents/Terms of Reference (TOR), of the procurement can
be obtained from the office of the Project Director (A) BMR-NPSL,
Plot #16, Sector H/9 Islamabad, through written request with a
Bank Draft of amounting to Rs. 500/ payable to Project Director
(A) BMR-NPSL. Complete bids in all aspects as per Tender Document/TOR
must be submitted to aforesaid office positively by February 08,
2012 up to 11:00 hrs. The Technical Bid will be opened on the same
day by the Tender Opening Committee as per policy of PPRA i.e
after 30 minutes of deadline for submission of bids. Any offer
without following Tender Documents for the procurement of stated
equipments/goods, will not be entertained. NPSL (PCSIR) reserves
the right to accept or reject any bid or proposal at any time or
in full or part of the proposal.

This Tender Enquiry is available on the website of PCSIR (www.pcsir.gov.pk)
and website of PPRA (www.ppra.gov.pk).
