Panel of Advocates
Applications are
invited from the members of the Bars at Lahore,
Karachi & Peshawar, who
fulfill the following requirements, to establish a
panel of advocates / legal advisors for the
Council, on case to case basis.
Requirements
1)
Education:
Law
Graduates, however LLM degree holders would be
preferred.
2)
Standing Practice: At least 10 years and
have valid license to appear before Service
Tribunal and High Courts.
3)
Experience:
Expert in Service, Civil and Corporate matters. Be
able to draft and vet agreements, contracts, MoU,
comments, written
statements etc.
4)
Fee:
Negotiable and on case to case basis.
They would conduct the cases on behalf of the
Council at their respective stations i.e. Lahore,
Karachi and
Peshawar.

supported by attested copies of Law Degrees, Bar
Council and Bar Associations registration, CNIC

Two separate envelops clearly mentioned
Technical Bid & Financial Bid shall be
submitted by the interested parties as per
rule 36(b) of the Public Procurement Rules
2004. The bid shall comprise a single package
containing two separate envelops. Each envelop
shall contain separately the Technical Bid &
Financial Bid.
3.
Terms of Reference (TOR)/Tender Documents of
the procurement can be obtained from the
office of the Project Director BMR (NPSL),
16-H/9, Islamabad. Ph. # 051-9258336,
051-9257463, Ext. 243 through written request
with a Bank Draft of amounting to Rs. 500/
payable to Director General NPSL. Complete
bids in all aspects as per TOR must be
submitted to aforesaid office within 30 days
of advertisement(s). The Technical Bid will be
opened on the same day by the Tender Opening
Committee as per policy of PPRA i.e after 30
minutes of deadline for submission of bids.
Any offer without following Tender Documents
for the procurement of stated goods, will not
be entertained.
