Glass & Ceramics Research Centre was established for
advancing material science and technology in Pakistan. The Centre
is engaged in research and development of conventional as well as
innovative functional glass & ceramics material and their product
and their industrial use.

Facilities
Glass & Ceramics Research Centre is equipped with high
sophisticated instruments and equipment. These are scanning
electron microscope. Thermal analysis units and equipment for
materials testing and their characterization. This centre is
Capable of providing assistance and consultancies to related
industries in their short and long term projects for the
development of new projects. Import substitution and trouble
shooting.
Man Power
12 Engineers/Scientific/Technologists and 27 Supporting staff
of the technicians and assistance.
