                            Precision Systems Training Centre, Lahore

Technical education along with practical training has long been known vital for technological development, sustained growth of economy and poverty alleviation. Modern societies are heavily dependent on knowledge-based and knowledge-led economics which could only be achieved by proper development of human resources. Without properly educated and trained human capital, it is not possible to achieve good manufacturing capabilities, to produce significant innovations or to have an effective system for training new, better and well versed technical personnel.

In view of the above, a chain of Precision Systems Training Centres (PSTC) has been established to impart quality technical education and practical training for the development of an effective and adequate national human capital capable of meeting national and international challenges.

Precision Systems Training Centre-Lahore is also one of them to help Pakistan’s industrial sectors overcome the dearth of digitally empowered manpower through training in DAE with Mechanical Technology with specialization in Precision Mechanical (3 years course) and Dies & Mould Technology (4 years course) alongwith short courses using CAD/CAM tools to overcome the shortage of CAD/CAM trained human resource. The workshop and Laboratories are equipped with state of the art equipment where experienced and professional teachers focus on hands on training. PSTC-Lahore aims at to develop linkages with industry and offers the training as per requirement and work culture of the industrial sector.

The main objective of the centre is to produce skilled manpower in the field of Precision Mechanical and Dies & Mould work in order to promote engineering industry of the country and for this purpose we offer the following courses.

                            Regular D.A.E Courses in:

                            Mechanical Engineering Level Courses:

Engineers are the ultimate trend-setters. High-street retailers may have been the first to tell you about the latest ultra-small mobile phones, high-street fashions and the tastiest food on your table – but engineers were the driving force that brought these ideas to life. Engineers have also played a big role in making sure that we no longer have to go out and hunt or fight for the basic things in life – fresh water, heat and a roof over our heads.

That’s because engineers keep questioning what many people just accepting. They enjoy the challenge of finding new ways to do thing which are simpler, safer and more efficient.

Using creative ideas, engineers play around with products and design new products keeping in view about how and why of mechanics and engineering – they invent things you’ve never even thought of yet. Engineering affects everyone everywhere in the world.
